Protocol for Week 5: Expose

You may be wondering if it’s even worth trying to limit your exposure to synthetic chemicals, pollution, and mold. They seem to be everywhere. Thankfully, it’s easy to build up your defenses. After all, you’ve already done the hard work of feeding your genes, getting more sleep, exercising right, and releasing habitual patterns of tension. Plus you’ve been eating green vegetables at least twice per day, cooking more at home, and finishing your last meal of the day at least three hours before bedtime.

Here is your daily template for week 5. For the next seven days, follow these guidelines as closely as possible and tune into subtle changes that occur.
